Signage to find the hotel needs improvement!!! Small room sizes can cause packing issues!!! Water pressure in the showers is inadequate for a comfortable experience!!! Ambiguity around food policies should be clearer!!!

I had a fantastic stay with easy walking access to St Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge, making it perfect for my weekend city strolls. The staff were super helpful in getting us the best dining spots nearby.

Waking up under a beautiful Murano chandelier made me feel special. The hotel itself is a charming boutique, with Venetian decor that adds to the local vibe. My room was comfortable, equipped with a mini-bar and a kettle for tea and coffee, which I appreciated. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the busy areas but nestled in a peaceful neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle. Although breakfast was a lovely spread of meats, cheeses, and pastries, I found the breakfast space a bit cramped at times. One issue was the sound insulation. I could hear neighbors a bit too well, which disrupted my peace in the mornings. Nonetheless, the staff were exceptional, providing personalized service that made me feel welcomed. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting an authentic Venice experience.

This place is super chill, away from the tourist madness. The staff were like my personal tour guides, so friendly and keen to help. It’s in a lekker spot, just a short walk to Rialto but nice and quiet at night.

Finding the place was tricky. We had to rely on our phone's sat nav initially, but the map provided later was helpful.

The suite was comfortable and quiet, with four windows overlooking a courtyard, adding to a tranquil atmosphere. Although breakfast wasn’t offered, the surrounding cafes provided plenty of options. a nearby supermarket was a fantastic convenience for snacks. a great experience.
